Thank you for reserving an excellent adventure with us! We are sure that this will be the opportunity to create lifelong memories with your family, friends, coworkers, or that special someone.
Your safety and that of the other participants is our top priority, therefore we ask that you read the following information.
Participating in any adventure or water activity is prohibited under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
People with recent surgeries (6 months) and cardiac problems cannot participate in rafting adventures. People with other illnesses including hyper and hypotension, asthma, diabetes, and others should inform your guide. If you may need any medication during the trip, please give it to the guide for safe keeping in the dry case.
Disabled persons will be evaluated by our head guide to confirm whether or not they are able to perform the activity safely.
Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in adventure tours such as rafting, canopy, horseback riding, and mountain bike riding.
For rafting in the Class IV section we require a minimum of 4 people and highly recommend previous rafting experience in class III or higher.
For rafting in Class II-III, experience is not necessary, but you should not be afraid of water.
We do not permit rafting barefoot nor in flip flops. Please bring water shoes, secure sports sandals, or tennis shoes. If you do not have them, we have some available for sale in our store.
Do not take rings, earrings, necklaces, wallets, passports, nor other valuables while rafting. You can leave them in our lockers free of charge, or with your driver.
If you need eyeglasses, please bring them on a strap to avoid potential loss.
Be sure to follow your guide’s safety instructions at all times.
